Order confirmation is subject to flower availability on the morning of dispatch.
Delivery times are best efforts. Traffic, weather and festival processions across Bhopal can add 20–60 minute delays.
Our rider calls before arrival and holds for ten minutes at the recipient's door.
For same-day delivery within Bhopal city, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM IST.
We deliver across Bhopal, Sehore, Vidisha and the nearby Madhya Pradesh region.
Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing — after that the arrangement is already being tied.
Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–7 working days.
Perishable items (flowers, cakes) cannot be returned once delivered.
We guarantee 100% freshness on arrival. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products:

Actual flowers may vary slightly from images shown, as we source fresh from the mandi each morning.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
