We deliver across Bhopal and the immediate Madhya Pradesh region — including Sehore, Vidisha, Raisen, Berasia and the Bhopal cantonment areas. Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery availability.
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM IST are eligible for same-day delivery within Bhopal city. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next available day. Outlying areas (Sehore, Vidisha) may have slightly earlier cutoffs — see the product page for specifics.
Heavy rain, festival processions or wedding baraats can add 20–60 minutes. We'll SMS you with any delay. If a delay means the flowers would arrive outside their freshness window, we'll refund in full without being asked.
Our rider calls 15 minutes before arrival and holds for up to 90 minutes. If no one can receive, we re-deliver next morning at no extra charge — or leave with a trusted neighbour or security if you've consented to it on the order.
